Counsel & Clarity™ is the trade name of Counsel & Clarity Legal, PLLC, a Tennessee law firm. Noel Bagwell provides business legal services and law and leadership consulting, including fractional Chief Legal Officer support through Profit from Legal™. Through the firm’s non-legal Rise Above™ coaching division, he also offers resilient leadership coaching. Clients can work with him on either or both.
A New Approach: Company History
Executive Legal Professionals PLLC, founded by Noel Bagwell on January 1, 2013, was designed to be a different kind of legal practice, focusing on preventive law rather than just transactional work. For over a decade, Noel has helped businesses avoid legal issues and maintain profitable relationships with their lawyers.
By integrating various disciplines, including philosophy, theology, psychology, and leadership coaching, Noel provides holistic support to clients whose problems often run deeper than legal matters. In 2023, Noel launched a leadership consultancy, later consolidating the legal practice and consulting under one brand: Counsel & Clarity™.
