Legal Operations Coaching may cover a wide range of topics, such as project management, budgeting and financial management, data analytics and reporting, talent management and development, and vendor management.
Legal Operations Coaches may also help legal departments or law firms design and implement strategic plans, assess and improve their performance metrics, and enhance their overall organizational effectiveness.

• He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Austin Peay State University (2006) and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (2011).
• In 2010, he received the Economic Analysis of Law Scholar of Merit award for top marks in that subject.
• He completed one year (of three) towards a Magister Divinitas (M.Div.) degree at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (2006-07).
• He is currently training to become a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.
• He has been certified as a Catechist in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nashville (2016).
He has been honored to receive the Tennessee Supreme Court's Attorney for Justice award four times, most recently in 2020.
In 2019, Noel received a Certificate from the Clarksville, TN Mayor's Office, in recognition of my “servant leadership, ongoing sacrifice, and commitment to collaboration and inclusion within our small business community.”
Under Noel's leadership, Executive Legal Professionals, PLLC, d/b/a "ExecutiveLP®" and "Counsel & Clarity," in several different years, has also been nominated for the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Ethical Commerce.
He currently serves, pro bono, as the General Counsel for Catholic Men of America.
He volunteers, pro bono, to teach the legal component of the Boots to Business veteran entrepreneurship course at Ft. Campbell, KY.
In the past, he has served on the Nashville Bar Journal's Editorial Committee and Continuing Legal Education committee. I have also served as the National Center for Preventive Law Startups & Small Businesses Aspect of Practice Leader.
